Founded in 2001 to provide people management tools for our clients based on proven models of performance. We have now released our Centranum HRadvance Software as a Service system to knowledge based organisations in the USA, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Centranum HRadvance is a Talent Development system based on proven models of performance, with an extensive research base. Its unique philosophy integrates individual job roles into the performance and capability management process. Including advanced tools for talent development & succession planning, unlike other systems that take a standardised, subjective approach, it provides meaningful, objective and useful information for the improvement of indvidual and organisational effectiveness.
Describe the services you offer?
Database driven, integrated web-based application enables managers to provide clear expectations for every individual, monitor and track their performance during the year, identify gaps, complete objective performance reviews and plan individual development. At the organisational level it provides a platform for workforce development including identification of high potential staff, development of talent pools and succession planning for key positions.
