At Websystems, we help organizations manage their projects better with AceProject. Since 2001, our web-based project management system allies power with usability, so that our clients deliver their projects on target. AceProject works as an extranet were everyone manages their projects, regardless of where they are. All project information is stored in this one central location, reducing confusion and allowing any team member access to project information, from anywhere in the world.
Websystems is a small team of 10 passionate persons in Quebec City, Canada. We have one focus: to help our clients deliver their projects on target. Our philosophy is to create the company we would like to do business with: a company that is human, with people that like what they do, and who strive to build the best product they can.
What unique selling points do you offer?
You call, we answer. You send an email, we reply to it
We provide the level of service we'd like to get when we're in the customer's seat. You don't have to struggle to speak with us. We don't use any ticketing system that auto-replies to emails. We don't have a call center and neither do we outsource customer service. We have three phone lines: one for sales, one for customer service and one for technical support. We also have a live chat system, which is much appreciated, and email support of course. When you call, we pick up the phone. Worst case scenario, we'll call you back asap. Not it an week, but in a matter of hours or even minutes.
Our clients are the center of the universe to us
Without customers, we're nothing. Everything we do, every feature we add, every documentation page and every code line in AceProject is for you. We listen to all the feedback we receive and keep our wishlist updated.
Hosted or In-House, you decide
Most of our customers use AceProject online (SaaS). This option requires no software installation, maintenance and infrastructure. A web browser and an Internet connection, is all you need, period. The same AceProject ican be installed on your own server. It is fully customizable, which empowers you to adapt it to your needs and even make it work with your existing applications.
Customer support is free for life.
There are not maintenance plans and no restrictions to the number of times you and your team contact us for a question, a problem or just to chat about AceProject.

We offer customer support and training. We can also help our Self-hosted customers install and configure their AceProject system.

We’ve taken on the mission of freeing projects from spreadsheets. Our market is project teams and organizations that are looking to evolve from spreadsheet and email-based project management.

We keep our ear to the ground on project management trends, but mostly we listen to our customers, and we implement the features people ask for.
