What unique selling points do you offer?
We realize that a customer has a wide choice when it comes to hosting. We strive for the best. For example. We are one of the few hosting companies that are PCI Compliant and VISA CISP Compliant; we deploy “Defense in Depth” Protocol to server and network security.
Also, being in Research Triangle Park, NC put us at an advantage as we have multiple direct internet backbone connections.
Describe the services you offer?
Gone are the days when web hosting was simply renting web space on a host’s server. Now web hosting customers are more internet savvy and expect more. Web hosting now has become more of a partnership. For example, our customers want more scalable customized solutions to meet their unique requirements such as mirrored servers and server clusters configurations.
Describe your target market?
Our target market is SMB’s and large entities such as government and educational entities. We have shared hosting plans for a small business owner all to way to a school district requiring hundreds of Microsoft Exchange Email users.
How is your company planning for the future?
With hundreds of new web hosting companies sprouting every week, this industry has become the “Survival of the Fittest”. We are in our 14th year of providing web hosting.
We expect to continue our pattern of steady rate of growth. We invest a sizeable portion of our revenue and time in our infrastructure and gaining coveted certifications such as CISSP, Blackberry Solution Provider Alliance Member, and PCI Compliance etc.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
The decision to choose a web host should not be taken lightly. When a web hosting customer such as one needing a managed dedicated server is thinking about choosing us they ask very detailed questions such as: multiple redundancies, SLA’s, references, problem resolution management etc. They sometimes visit the data centers also and meet with our hosting team. Our data centers are staregically located in Research Triangle Park (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) NC which is known as Technical Hub of America.
